Two options for creating a support ticket.
• Email from your Blackhawk account to firstname.lastname@example.org (you will need to copy and paste this email address to your email account) with the subject listing the issue example would be “PC won’t turn on”. Then in the content of the email list the description of the issue and any additional information that you may need to share with us. Also please include your room number.
• Or logon to https://support.tcnetworks.com. If you have not emailed the ticketing system yet you may create your account or if you have already emailed a support ticket you have the option of creating a password by clicking the link “Get a password”.
